Leave the hideout next to the river and the train tracks. Turn around and run to the highway. Kill the civilians in their cars this will raise the CTOS level. The higher the level the more XP you obtain when you escape from the cops. As long as the civilians stay in their cars the cops will not be called. Turn around and proceed down the freeway until you reach the train tracks below. Keep killing the civilians until the CTOS meter is full. When the CTOS meter is full proceed to the L-Train Station. Jump over the fence and steal a car it doesn't matter what kind. When you obtain a car you now want to get caught by the Yellow Scan. This will send Max level of cops after you. Smash through the fence and drive down the tunnel. Stop on the left side of the tracks. wait inside your car until the train shows up.Start driving backwards so the train can enter the tunnel. Don't worry the train will not ram your car. Leave the car and enter the train. This is where we're going to be leveling up When the white scan ends you will be rewarded with 300 XP for escaping the cops. Run to the end of the tunnel while you're in the training. When the white scan ends, wait for the helicopter to leave your area, then shoot the ground. This will cause the white scan to show back up again and give the cops 50 seconds to find you. Since you're in an area where the cops will not find you all you have to do is wait the 50 seconds and you will be rewarded with another 300 XP. Now just repeat the process until you're level 50 There's times when the CTOS meter will decrease. This is because you took too long to shoot the ground. If this happens just execute one of the civilians to get your CTOS level back to Max. !!Very Important!! Watch Dogs doesn't autosave when you level up You have to go back to the Hideout and sleep to save all of your progress! I recommend you save every 10 levels click the "like" button If you enjoyed the video :D Check out Cheat Code Central at http://www.cheatcc.com for all your video game needs.
