On my sims 4 I typed in 'TESTINGCHEATS TRUE' and nothing happened??

Omg thx for helping me to cheat lol my sims forgot another one of my sims birthday so I made a cake after her birthday so she left not left out and then she put candles in it and blew out the candles without me knowing so this really helped!

You don't have to do this cheat just go to the dresser and it says change sim click on that and done you can change body, clothes and basically everything :3
