Its extremely simple! If you do not wish to cheat i recommend you don't do this. Since there's a chance of your game crashing i recommend SAVING BEFORE DOING THIS! Like? :)

Ye u need a good Internet conection/Good Pc to do it btw when he put in Coc Quasmoke he Skiped a bit if ur just starting skyrim but can,t be botherd to do the quests u type that in and u need to wait about 10 mins for it to complete

@petervanwinkles Well, make sure your at the command prompt (Press ~ ) The type in "coc qasmoke" There is a space between coc and qasmoke. Hope this cleared little bit :P If not sorry :<

It doesn't have to be riverwood since the command: coc zone name lets you teleport anywhere you want.
Hope this helps anyone stuck there.
