I had a hard time trying to get this cheat to work for some reason with my computer it only works if I do it this specific way so if you are also having trouble getting it to work maybe this will work for you too. I start with the blue menu screen where you pick start a new game or continue with a saved game. I press ctrl+shift+c (note: I press and hold the buttons in that specific order, not sure if it matters at all) I then type in testingcheatsenabled on and then I open the box again (ctrl+shift+c) and type in testingcheatsenabled true I then open a saved game or start a new one. Then in the game I can open ctrl+shift+c and type in familyfunds (last name(capital letters not required)) 9000000. Hope this helps someone.
