This is the Secret of the Missingno. Glitch. Watch with captions! And I cannot stress this enough, watch the whole video before commenting. Supplies: - Pokemon Yellow (duh) - A Pokemon with Dig OR an Escape Rope in your Bag - A Pokemon with Fly - At least 1 channeler Pokemon Tower available to fight - The Gambler in Route 8 OR the Youngster near Nugget Bridge available to fight - A Pokemon with recommended level of 24 or above (for fighting the Channeler) Good luck, and happy glitching. (2/26/2016) I talked about it in the end of the video, but I wasn't very clear. There are 3 kinds of "side effects" when encountering Missingno. If you had the ones without Missingno. appearing, turn off the game and try again. - The game freezes. - The screen will show "Missingno. wants to learn" over and over again. - A random Pokemon appears... if it's a valuable one, you can go ahead and catch it. Try the glitch again if you want infinite 6th item. (If it already became infinite, then count the Pokemon as a bonus.) EDIT (9/7/2011) 1k views??? THANKS GUYS!!! :D EDIT: 11/6/2011 2k views??? I've tried this at least 20 times and it still crashes my game. do I just have bad luck or am I doing something wrong?

Just a help note=don't walk right infront of the channeler,the game softlocks and you can't progress unless you reboot the game

Tried this on the 3ds and just got into a trainer battle, aww ::c
And tried it again my whole ds screen (top) is all green and red stripe-y lol
(just for anyone who wanted to try this on ds)

Does it HAVE to be channeler in Pokemon Tower? I defeated all the ones in my game

no catch it i know wath happens first youll be glitch then fly where ever you want then tada missingno is normal

does this work with 3ds virtual console because i tried it about 10 times and it just freezes when i battle missingno

Huh, i figured out that if you read a sign before the battle it will say something random

have a single pokemon that will quickly lose, and lose to them instead so that you can rebattle them infinitely.

Lol it give me a lv7 Magneton instead

Hello I did this once and it worked I then tried to do it again and no matter how many times I do it, it doesn't work any ideas as to why?

so this only workes one time apartenly and it to damn near two hours to get a missingo that doesn't just freez the game tryed to press start after defeating him and a farfetched level 64 showed up and that was it could do it again

what if I've already fought those trainers?

I've done it like 5 times and it's a Magneton every single time. wtf
