im lost 50lbs by 5 low calories day 2 high calories days refeed 9 days every 3 months . next year i will eat 4-5 high calories days and eat 2-3 low calories days.

Matt Ogus this has got to be the best if not the best video you have madeYou know how you asked your email subscribers to take a survey to help you out ?You should definetly make more videos like this one explaining complex subjects.Maybe an example would be one on setting up a routine to bring up certain body parts like you did with hitting your side sets 4 times a week etc.

how do you calculate carb amounts? I saw from another video than 1.5g per lb of body weight is a good place to start. But I only trust the Ogus. Any advice? From there, how does one calculate low carb days?
