how to have unlimited custom nation point in europa universalis 4

7. tried it in 1.15.1 and it works, note that it doesn't allow you to play ironman mode for the obvious reason that the files are changed. if you want to make it again so you can play iron mode then:
   
   rightclick eu4 in the library>properties>local files>verify integrity if game cache.

15. put this as a mod on the workshop. none of the others work anymore because they dont update their mods.
16. Just search for the the variable name you want to change. Instead you scroll for half the video.
17. For me, the values do not change when I go in game. They stay at the normal amount for all difficulty levels.
