11. but i have another problem when I start GTA 4 something will pops up and says an error occurred during the start option I tried to clean the CD I tried to clean my ps3 I tried to reinstall GTA 4 but nothing works what should I do can u help me?oh and I tried cleaning the CD 10x it still not working

16. A word to the wise, do not overlook your disc needing to be cleaned simply because it's Blu Ray, because I hardly had anything on mine, gave it a clean and boom, it's working as usual.
17. This didn't work for me. I've done everything I possibly could, and I just can't get Saints Row 2 to fully install onto my PS3, and what makes that even worse is that I used to play it all the time, had to uninstall it, re-installed it, and now this bullshit. I'm pretty convinced that the PS3 slim is a better doorstop than a console.

19. used caned air, on ps3 . just stick the tube in the cd slot,and gave the eye a good blow to clean it . worked for me, its running fine. hope that works for others. fast and easy fix.
