instagram: https://www.instagram.com/darkobunic Yeaaaaaah.. thursdays cheatmeals are up in this B**h :D It's that time of the week where i go all out and have a cheat meal!! The plan was to have a cheat meal mid week while in my reverse diet. On the days of the cheatmeal i will just have my normal daily macros + on added cheat meal But today i did not fill up my calories / macros because i knew i had a lot but a lot of food for tonights meal. So i just had 2 meals before the epic cheat. Meal 1: Pre-workout proats 10.4FAT - 89.2CARBS - 45.2PROTEIN Meal2: Chicken mozzarella dish with some pasta 26.3FAT - 70.9CARBS - 76.7PROTEIN The daily goal was 40FAT - 200CARBS - 200PROTEIN I hit these macros 36.7FAT - 160.1CARBS - 121.9PROTEIN I was a bit under my daily calories goal but it' all good i will fill it up with junk :D After the 2 meals i waited a couple of hours before i started cooking my cheatmeal. As you will see in the video i will have the following foods. Main course: * 1 BBQ chicken pizza * Mac and Cheese * Lasagne Dessert: * 7 donuts made into delicious sugary treats (i ate 6) That is a lot of food to eat. I was pretty hungry but in the end, the last two donuts where pretty hard to eat. So i left 2 oreos and 1 donut for what it is. I could not eat anything else, i was so full :( I estimated the calories on this cheat meal the pizza and 6 plane donuts where 2500 and adding all the other stuff it came around 6300 / 6400 calories!! Dammnn that's is a lot of food! Now on my diet i normally eat around 2000 calories for the whole day haha xD I hope you enjoyed watching and i will do more of these challenges in the future!!
