will it start the next the level of the perk chart once the beginner level is maxed out?

It adds replay value to the game, I beat it straight up then go God mode to see what I can get into. So it only breaks the game if you do it to your self which makes me think the people who complain about single player glitches are even dumber than I originally thought

At this point in time, whenever I have dogmeat go to pick it up, I pick it up right before he does, but then when I go into my inventory, the book isn't there, and dogmeat drops it shortly after. You guys reckon I'm just doing it wrong or has it been patched?
