Can't find it

I have a question:
Console commands on PC lets you change NPC behavior so that they wont attack you. Is there a mod for Xbox One, to let me do just that. I'd like to explore the world without having to stop and battle some enemies every five minutes.

Can u do this on PS4

It's so disappointing that cheat menus won't be on the PS4 like that was the only mod I wanted but because it requires external scripts to be made and added into the pip boy it's external assets
