Thx man helped a lot!
To unlock terminals, keep in mind the cursor may not be on the terminal itself, even though it obviously is. It may think that you are talking about something else for some reason, maybe behind it.
Awesome! I'm gonna try now!! But I'm using controller on PC. I'll report back.
Update: It works great!! After open console, use RS point to the door/safe, use A button to select, a code appears, type unlock, press enter, close console. You won't hear/see open door/safe animation, but the item list appears as usual.

Lol I thought you meant console as in an Xbox one or Ps4. I was dying when you said "now type...."
