As said before, the problem seems to be the version of bluestacks. Download an older one ( bluestack 1) and everything should be fine. Worked perectly. Thanks

Guys the big part of latest problems is about ''root needed'' error. One of our friends said this is related with version of bluesctacks so please try to download old version instead of latest (bluestacks 1 not 2) if problem solved please appreciate and thanks to our friend.
