How to unlock every perk with one command: Download: https://dl.dropbox.com/s/11va1g4zdd7c6rm/Master.txt?dl=1 Place the file directly inside your install folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Load the game and press ~ to open the developer console. Type the same text shown in the video: "bat Master". All perks and skills will now be unlocked. Uber Version with all stats 9999: Download http://www.mediafire.com/download/80q82v9dbjhf0un/Uber.txt

In order to do this, TUTORIAL HERE ^^^: Alright you want to Download the link he posted. then you want to save it to your Compute-Local Disk (C:)- Program Files (x86) - Steam - Steamapps - Common - Skyrim.. NOTICE if you have Skyrim as normal folder not with steam then find that one. NOTE Do not enter any other folder once in there. THEN!!! You want for the thing you download Should be Notepad to be named this specifically Master.txt then press SAVE AS / Save into skyrim folder. This should then be able to be activated by the press ` BUTTON BEFORE 1 in Skyrim and typing "bat master" without quotes.

I'm a bit late here, but you've to put the downloaded txt data into your main Skyrim folder, NOT IN TO DATA FOLDER!!!

cant get it to work, its in the right place, but its an txt file, cant change it to an Bat file .-.

okay to do this look up the code version of all perks now highlight it and copy it now go to windows and type in notepad paste in the contents and file and save as "Master" now go to documents and find my games and depending on your computer get to skyrim and paste the file there and this video covers the rest and f you ask me this video barely helps

I did this and it worked fine but now my swords daggers and axes do like over 10000000000000000000000000000 damage! And if its like that its not a challenge and i dont like to use the bigger weapons.

ATTENTION If i doesn't work change the Master.txt file to Master.bat and It will work

the file MUST be MASTER.TXT don't change it to BAT Hope this HELPS. I will make a video soon to run thru the install for pc.
