11. SOLUTION:
    - Bundle the (M)/Master Code (for Pokemon encounters) and Pokemon finding codes together in their own separate "cheat list" with no other codes present. The codes (for me) were correct, the placement was not.
    
    I had a problem with these codes as well, UNTIL I saved my other (M) codes and EXP gain codes in their own list, and created a list just for specific Pokemon encounters underneath the codes that are listed in this video/many others. You can put as many Pokemon codes on the list as you would like, but keep those codes in their own list, not with others. Gameshark and Codebreaker registered as the same list for me, so that was not the problem. Make a separate list. Worked like a dream for me.
