Here is quick tutorial of how to make an easy Black Market glitch in Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth. This video was first made for Rebirth but still works in Afterbirth, just drop first bomb from the right side of the ladder and second from the left side.

Yeah, still works but it's really not consistent at all. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
