Battlefield 4 bs one shot does 65 damage tank cheat

so tell me is this dude cheating or what? His stats are shit so random luck or cheat?... I have 100 health, he one shots me to 35 and I activate aps as he shoots again and bam straight thru aps. ok ill give it that aps failed to lag or whatever but 100 to 35 in one side shot? 1300 hrs in bf4 tanks and I cant do this with random luck or the front disable shot or rear.

ooooh thats what has been going on. I have had this happen to me many times. I always thought i was getting hit by a couple things at the same time
