Without any 3d party software such as a hack or cheat engine. I still have the insanely fast attack speed. I cannot explain why its fast like that but I do understand that ping has a big influence on the game play.

Yep, I also have that attack speed on retail aion with 40-60 ping, and believe it or not....it's not enough! I still get owned in the arena (lvl 54 currently), probably the situation will change when I'll equip my coliseum gear/weapon :)
