I want to make an 8bit dungeon crawler style game in scratch, but have not much experience at all. Do you know anywhere I can find out how to make something like this?
Dungeon crawler as in multiple classes with different weapon types, going through dungeons with npc enemies, loot drops based off of RNG or something like that. -
This looks a lot like Minicraft. (It's different from Minecraft, but made by the same guy.)

Why did you capitalize the S in scratch? It made me think it was a video about how to convert from scratch to java.

Does anybody know how to convert Java games (from the website) to .jar file to play offline? Also is there a software that let me convert Java games to offline from the website to play offline? Need help on that.

i am also building on Vanzeben's game engine but i want to make it fullscreen.
problem: the game engine is very very inefficient and i dont know how to alter it to make it suitable for more pixels(fullscreen) to render.

thanks for your source, I had to use it to cross check my source to find what was causing me massive framerate issues. i.e only getting 3 fps.

Hey Der, i'v also followed his code but I saw your video and improved on it, after downloading your code I finally made it possible to change levels. My game looks nothing like your end result and I thought it would be cool to show you my Alpha result!

Fun... i follow the same tuto, but i wrong 2 times, now i get more far, not finish yet... i do one space ship game by my own, and is really simple, but i play a lot hsadhudsahudsadsahudsa i want know better how to create hitbox better, my way is really dumb, and i think if that works together sprite sheet, because i use pure images on that project
